By subscribing to our SMS alerts, you consent to receive text messages from us including:

• Location alerts (where the truck is today)
• Brew Rewards updates (Bean progress, free drink notifications)
• Special promotions (Double Bean Days, limited-time offers)

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will not receive any further messages unless you re-subscribe.

5. How We Store Your Data

• Your data is stored securely using Supabase (cloud database with encryption at rest)
• Phone numbers are stored in E.164 international format
• We do not store payment card information — all payments are processed securely by Square
• Your phone number is also stored locally on your device to maintain your loyalty progress between visits

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We share data only with the following service providers:

• Square — payment processing
• Twilio — SMS message delivery
• Supabase — database hosting
• Vercel — website hosting

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Opt out of SMS messages at any time (reply STOP)
• Request a copy of your personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Ask questions about how your data is used
